The inaugural Eat Well, Be Well & Live Well Fitness Jam, a community-driven event dedicated to promoting health and wellness, concluded with resounding success. The event drew fitness enthusiasts of all ages and fitness levels. The Fitness Jam featured a diverse lineup of fitness activities, including: Yoga, HITT Training, Bootcamp, and Fit Twerk Cardio. In addition to the fitness classes, the event also offered: Healthy food vendors, Wellness panel and Live music. The Fitness Jam was made possible by the collaborative efforts of the sponsors, vendors, and participants. The event's success has inspired plans for future Fitness events, with the goal of making it an annual tradition.
